Public Offer for access to the «Motyga» service
Adhesion contract for individuals. Effective from the date of publication.

1. Definitions
- Operator — an individual on the NPD regime rendering services under this Offer; details in section 13.
- «Motyga» service — the online platform at motyga.com and ru.motyga.com providing access to third-party neural-network models.
- Customer — a legally capable individual aged 18+ acquiring access for personal, non-business needs.
- Credits — the internal accounting unit used to price operations. Credits are an advance until spent, have a validity period shown on the website, are not electronic money and are not exchangeable for cash except as a refund under section 7.
- Generation — processing of the Customer’s request by the selected model and delivery of the result.
2. Subject
2.1. The Operator grants the Customer access to the Service: text dialogue with language models, image, video and music generation. The result is delivered electronically online.
2.2. The Service is an aggregator: requests are passed to third-party model providers. The Operator does not own the models and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness of results for the Customer’s purposes.
2.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent not contrary to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the Russian Federation.
3. Acceptance
3.1. This is a public offer within the meaning of Art. 435 and 437 of the RF Civil Code and an adhesion contract under Art. 428 of the RF Civil Code.
3.2. Full and unconditional acceptance (Art. 438) is the Customer’s payment for access or the start of use of the Service. Acceptance means the Customer has read and fully accepts this Offer, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Procedure.
4. Rights and obligations
4.1. The Operator grants access after the payment is credited and maintains the Service subject to clause 4.4.
4.2. The Customer uses the Service in compliance with the law and section 9, and does not submit the data flagged as not recommended in the Privacy Policy.
4.3. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for actions performed with the account.
4.4. The Operator may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, giving advance notice where possible.
5. Content rights
5.1. Rights to the materials the Customer submits in requests remain with the Customer; the Customer grants the Operator and model providers a limited right to process them as needed to render the service.
5.2. The generation result is provided to the Customer to the extent permitted by law and the model providers’ rules. The Operator does not guarantee the uniqueness of the result.
6. Price and settlements
6.1. Settlement is in credits. The base price is 1.5 ₽ per credit; larger top-up packages are discounted. Current values are in the Price List.
6.2. On the website, payment is made by bank card or via the Faster Payments System (SBP) using the YooKassa payment service and is a prepayment.
6.3. The Operator applies the NPD regime and does not use cash-register equipment. An NPD receipt is generated and sent to the Customer via the Federal Tax Service «My Tax» app and/or a connected payment-partner integration.
6.4. The price of individual operations depends on the selected model and provider and is shown before the operation is confirmed.
7. When the service is rendered; refunds
7.1. The service is rendered and payment is earned:
- for a single generation — when the result is provided (access to the electronic result constitutes its delivery);
- for a subscription — pro rata to the period of actual access;
- for credits — as they are spent on completed operations; unused credits remain an advance.
7.2. If a generation fails for a technical reason and no result is provided, the spent credits are restored or their value refunded.
7.3. Refund terms are set out in the “Refund of funds” document, an integral part of this Offer.
8. Account
8.1. Access is provided through the Customer’s account. The Customer shall not share access and shall promptly notify the Operator of any unauthorised access.
9. Prohibited use
9.1. When using the Service it is prohibited to:
- break the law or infringe third-party rights;
- create malware, commit fraud, or bypass identification procedures;
- produce misleading materials about real persons without their consent;
- process third parties’ personal data without a lawful basis;
- infringe intellectual-property rights.
9.2. On a breach the Operator may suspend access. The value of services not actually rendered (unused credits, unused subscription period) is refunded under section 7 and the Refund Procedure.
10. Liability
10.1. The parties are liable for breach under the law.
10.2. The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the Customer based on results, nor for indirect damages or the acts of third-party model providers — to the extent not contrary to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
11. Force majeure
11.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure, including failures of third-party providers and networks.
12. Disputes and final provisions
12.1. The parties seek to resolve disputes by negotiation. This clause does not limit a consumer’s right to seek protection in court or with Rospotrebnadzor as provided by law.
12.2. The Operator may amend the Offer; the new edition takes effect upon publication and does not apply to an already-paid period to the Customer’s detriment.
